As each piece is handmade and crafted exclusively to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been received by the client.
Damaged Items & Delivery
If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a verified manufacturing defect, the item must be returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims once the shipment has been accepted and the courier has departed.
Handmade Characteristics
Please note that each piece is individually handcrafted. Therefore, slight variations in color, texture, glaze, shape, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These subtle differences make every piece truly unique.
Each piece is handcrafted especially for you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and begin production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before your order is shipped.
We accept payment via InstaPay or another mutually agreed payment method.
